Cerebral Palsy is a nevous condition. it make me shake its nat bad and it affects my voice. but if you look at my picture you would not know i’m disable until you see me in person but i’m a happy person and beleive in who i am.

After a good walk or strenuous activities my calves and ankles tend to hurt the most. When strectching, I can feel it all the way up to my hamstrings. I was told from a young age they were tight.
I know it’s different for everyone and that’s why I’m asking this question. To give everyone with this condition a chance to answer.
