I have a close friend, who would love to become a mother someday.
She has mild cerebral palsy, is currently using crutches to aid her walking, and has bad balance.
I was wondering does her physical disability affect her ability to have a child? (in the reproductive sense)
I have thought about asking her, but don’t want to come off rude or nasty if the answer is no, and this upsets her.
So does CP affect the ability to have a baby?
Does anyone out there have CP and children they’d like to share their success story here?
Thanks in advance.

I have a mild case of Cerebral Palsy. I have always noticed that I tend to be slower and tend to be a slower student and slow learner. I know that I can’t use it as an excuse, and I do try very hard. But I was wondering if my Cerebral Palsy affects my learning abilities any?

i have cp, and i noticed that after not sleeping, things like the senses become more intense- especially sound and touch. also spasticity increases. the longer i go without sleep, the worse they become. as a result, sleep is harder to achieve, and it becomes a terrible cycle. is this typical?
